Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Developer (Laravel and React Based) with at least 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Laravel for backend development along with hands-on skills in ReactJS for frontend work. You should also have solid experience in Application Scaling, Server Scaling, and PHP Unit Testing to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Application Scaling, Server Scaling, and PHP Unit Testing for performance and reliability.
• Build dynamic, user-friendly front-end applications with ReactJS, NextJS.
• Architect and integrate RESTful APIs for smooth front-end and back-end communication.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Manage server environments, deployments, and load balancing.
• Implement and manage Laravel Queues, Jobs, and Horizon.
• Write unit, feature, and integration tests using PHPUnit/Pest.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the stack.
• Stay updated on the latest Laravel, React, and backend development best practices.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Laravel with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Solid experience in ReactJS/NextJS for modern front-end development.
• Strong understanding of Application Scaling, Server Scaling, and PHP Unit Testing.
• Experience with Laravel Queues, Horizon, and background job management.
• Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL and query optimization.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration practices.
• Experience with TypeScript and InertiaJS (advantageous).
• Proficiency in Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
• Experience with server management, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (must be fluent in English).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver projects on time.
• Very hardworking, efficient, and proactive.

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Work Schedule:

• Sunday to Thursday: In-office
• Friday and Saturday: Weekly holiday
